Roberta's
Orchid Central
|
I love orchids. All kinds of orchids. And some of them seem to like me.
On this site, I would like to share some of my favorites.
None of these plants is grown in
a greenhouse (unless my spare-bedroom "green room" qualifies) , and
I have owned all of these at least 6 months, so I can speak with some confidence
about their response to my growing conditions. I live close to the Pacific coast,
and frost is extremely rare. (But it happens sometimes...Check out
Wintertime (Vanda City) to see some of the exceptions to the
"always outside" rule.)
Daytime temperatures rarely go above 85 degrees
F. (30 degrees C.) Humidity is moderate.
