The Frequent Flowers Club Forgive the pun... Many orchids count long flower life among their charms. Some Phalaenopsis and Dendrobium flowers last as much as three or four months, and many orchid flowers last a month or more. Some (especially among the Cattleya and Vandaceous hybrids) can bloom twice a year. But most orchids only display their beauty once each year. There is a special group, though, that produces sequential blooms, so that they are in flower most of the time for months or even years. Here are some examples.
